I Wanna...New Room!

After reading your friends' persuasive letters yesterday, do you understand that good persuasive letters need to explain WHY your reasons will be good for everyone?  Today we will hear another book by the same author of ''I Wanna Iguana", but this time, the book is called "I Wanna New Room".

In this story, Alex wants a new room.  He writes notes to his mom and dad with reasons why he should have his own room.  Like the other story, mom/dad writes back to Alex explaining why he should NOT have his own room.  After you finish listening, fill in the chart of Alex's reasons and Mom/Dad's reasons.  What was the compromise at the end of the story?
