Spelling Poem #8: 5 Little Jack-O-Lanterns
It
is almost time for Halloween! Most boys and girls are excited about
this celebration because it involves a lot of dressing up and candy.
This week I have a song called ''5 Little Jack-O-Lanterns''. We are
learning about numbers in Math and I picked this particular song
because it has ordinal numbers, such as first, second, third. We should
not only know our numbers, but also our ordinal numbers as well because
it is important for sequencing (as well as the date....we say
''thirty-first, not thirty-one''). Remember to do the Additional Questions for a sticker prize!
